Returns and Replacement Policy

At FOXDEN, we want you to shop with confidence. Customers are eligible to return unopened items under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

To qualify for a return, items must be returned in their original, unused and unopened condition, including all original packaging.

If you change your mind after your order has been dispatched, you must refuse delivery for the item to be returned to us free of charge. If the item is accepted and delivered, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return postage.

If your item arrives damaged, please email returns@foxdenhome.co.uk as soon as possible with:

• your order details

• clear photos of the outer packaging

• clear photos of the product

• images showing the damage

Once we have reviewed the damage, we will assist you with arranging either a replacement or a return for a refund, depending on the issue and your preference where applicable.
