Using Discount Codes

Discount codes can be entered at checkout in the designated discount code field. Only one discount code can be applied per order unless otherwise stated in the promotion.

Sale Items

Discount codes and vouchers cannot be used on sale items unless the promotion specifically states that sale items are included.

Stacking Discounts

Discounts cannot be combined or stacked with other offers unless explicitly stated. This includes welcome discounts, seasonal promotions and referral codes.

Expiry Dates

Where a discount code has an expiry date, this will be clearly communicated at the time the code is issued or advertised. Codes without a stated expiry date remain valid until withdrawn.

Order Requirements

Some promotions may have minimum order values or other requirements. These will always be clearly stated when the offer is communicated. Codes will not apply if the order does not meet the stated requirements.

General Terms

FOXDEN reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any discount or promotion at any time. Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where a discount code has been used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
