Refund Policy
At FOXDEN, we aim to make the refund process as clear and straightforward as possible.
Refunds are issued once returned items have been received and inspected. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in line with our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee and Returns and Replacement Policy.
For change of mind returns, items must be returned in their original, unused, unopened and resalable condition, including all original packaging.
If you change your mind after your order has been dispatched, you must refuse delivery for the item to be returned to us free of charge. If the item is accepted and delivered, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return postage.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact returns@foxdenhome.co.uk as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographs of both the packaging and the product. Once reviewed, we will assist you with either a replacement or a refund where applicable.
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a short period for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in our policies.
