Delivery

At FOXDEN, we offer free delivery to all UK mainland addresses.

Delivery to Northern Ireland incurs a £60 charge. Delivery to other remote parts of the UK may incur an additional charge of up to £35. If your address falls within a remote area, any applicable surcharge will be confirmed before dispatch where required.

All orders are shipped with tracking, and tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery time is 1–5 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays.

Orders placed before 9:00am are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 9:00am cannot be guaranteed for same day dispatch and may be dispatched on the next working day.

To ensure successful delivery, customers must provide a valid phone number for the courier and a valid email address so we can contact you if there are any issues with your order.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. If there are any address issues, you must notify us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to the delivery details.

We work with a range of trusted courier partners, including Amazon Logistics, DHL, DPD, DX, Evri, Panther, Yodel and XDP.

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and courier coverage in your area.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather disruption, peak periods and bank holidays.
